  • Very thinly sliced Prosciutto
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • Squeeze of lemon juice
  • Salt and ground pepper
  • Parsley garnish

Cut the prosciutto slices in half lengthwise. Starting from the short end, gently roll each slide, like a jelly-roll. The edge of the prosciutto with the strip of fat will be the top of each rose. Stand each roll uptight to prepare.
